spring

hello spring... we love you!!

lovin this...

going to be doing this in my classroom and with our nursery kids in the next month.


and seriously how cute is this, minus the coke can?? I want to work one of these up and use up some scrap paper and the millions on buttons I have.


my project for spring break this year. I desperately need something to hang at the end of our hallway, and this is it. I am super excited.

I'd like about ten of these little guys lined up on my window seal in my kitchen.



both of these are canvases i am thinking of making to go in Savannah's big girl room.



and both of these prints come from a lovely lady on etsy.. I'd love to have all her prints in my house. they are just so bright and wonderful.

just some things i'm lovin right now...hoping spring is just around the corner.

5 years ago I married this man...

and i couldn't be any luckier... he is simply amazing
he is an amazing father...

Miss. Savannah has turned into a regular daddies girl.
He is often on our floor rolling, laughing, and playing with her.
he delights in taking her for four wheeler rides, playing, and letting her fall asleep on him.
They are the best of friends, and when Daddy comes home, look out...

I am lucky girl...

5 1/2 years ago, he bought us this little 100 year old house in the center of Rigby to begin our lives together. It was perfect and I still miss it.
After we moved, he spent countless hours re-doing the insides of this little house, so that we could enjoy our new home.
He works harder than anyone I know. He often works 14 hour days at work and then attends night school, and comes home to help with Savannah.
He loves his family more than anything else.
He is strong and spiritual. He has helped his family (brothers, sisters, and parents)through some tough times by his strong and quiet ways.
I love him more than anything. He is my greatest fan.

This weekend we will travel to here...West Yellowstone to celebrate.

snowman

Last week, admist our RSV and pneumonia experience, we decided that we could all use a little fresh air, and so we went outside to build snowmen. Savannah loved it, and did not want to go back inside. She kept tell us, "I stay here, with snowmen. I sit here! I sleep here!"...too cute

pinwheels

On Sunday, we came home from my parents house to find our house decorated with these.

about 75 handmade pinwheels.. they were darling..and someone somewhere put a lot of work into it. I love it, and Savannah thought they were the best. it made my day a little brighter.. but no note was left or anything.. so if you pinwheeled my house and you read this blog.. thank you..we saved some for our spring decorating...
