feeling lucky

in honor of st.patricks day, i thought i would just write down a few of the reasons why i feel lucky.

1-i have my health. today at school, we recieved some devistating news as one of our teachers is very ill, and i am so thankful for my good health today.

2-a home and food to eat. in these tough economic times, i am thankful for my home and the food on our table. in a few weeks, nate's job will be coming to an end, as the business officially shuts their doors, and i am just thankful for all that we have.

3-my degree. as mentioned above, we are about to go through some difficult times, and i am so grateful and feel so lucky to have my degree so i can help support my little family.

4-my sweet baby girl. she reminds me everyday how lucky i am and how blessed i am. even though we are starting to have some tantrums.

5- i feel lucky that my mom watches my babe. we have an ideal situation. my mom generously watches my sweet girl while i work. if i didn't have her help, i wouldn't work. ever.

6-our religion, if i didn't know what i know about families and life, I don't know if i would ever think anything was worth it. this world would be a depressing place. I am so grateful for the knowledge i have from being a member of the church.

7-my amazing husband. he is going through some changes right now, from work to going back to school, and he is still the best ever. I am so glad we are together for all eternity.

8- for my abilities and talents. I am grateful and feel lucky for the talents I have.
In my younger years, i was always wanting more, to be like friends and so forth and so forth, but now I am so glad and happy with the ablitites i have. I have been able to use them to help others and my family.

9-i feel lucky that we have modern technology.. yeah for the dishwasher, cameras, washer, computers, shoes and my car.

10- for parents who taught me so well, and who love my baby so very much. i am eternally grateful for them.

happy st.patricks day. hope you all are enjoy corned beef and cabbage and three mint brownies..tonight... yumm-ooh, if not, stop by, there will be left overs
