about a week ago, we decided to go for a little drive up to alpine to see the elk. now as a kid, i remembered there being thousands of elk.. now not so many, but the drive was beautiful.
miss. savannah slept the whole way there and part of the way back. what a sweetheart.

How fun! I love it up there. It is sooooo beautiful. I also love going for drives just for the fun of it. It's been loooong time since we've just gone on a drive with gas prices being so high. Hopefully they stay down so we can go more often.
Very cool. I've never been up there. Hasn't it just been beautiful this week! I'm loving it.
